Polly joined Kudos as Development Assistant fresh out of university in May 2023. During the course of their degree, they spent thirteen months in the Live Action Original Productions team at The Walt Disney Company, assisting the team commissioning and developing new series for Disney+ and Star EMEA, working on titles such as EXTRAORDINARY and CULPRITS. While at university, she worked as a research intern for Bagh Productions, and read freelance for production companies across the UK as well as the 2022 C4 Screenwriting Competition.
